- Having a hobby.

Finding a hobby can be hard but once you figure it out, your love will grow for it. You know you love it when you don’t have to question it. It doesn’t have to be a common hobby like drawing (I’m not dissing you if you do draw, some of us just aren’t good at it lol), it can be WHATEVER you genuinely enjoy doing. That thing that makes you lose track of time and makes you want to do more the next day. You might not be able to think of a hobby now but leave an open mind for it and maybe it’ll come when you’re least expecting. It’ll bring the love through your body and make you feel at peace.
You might not be able to think of a hobby now but leave an open mind for it and maybe it’ll come when you’re least expecting. You have to be in a loving mindset and see what flows your way. Don’t go out and seek a hobby, just pay attention to what you do now and how you feel about it and eventually it could branch off to something you actually love.
2. Alone time
Being alone can calm you down and relax you, you don’t have to worry about anything around you for a couple minutes. You’re able to clear your mind and take a second to breath.

Take time AT LEAST once a day to yourself. Away from work, family, and friends. Just 5 minutes. If you have the time to use the restroom, you have time to be alone. Do something that YOU choose to do. Take this time to learn more about yourself because you’re the most important person in your world technically.
The first couple days will be hard, but it’ll be worth it in 3 months of consistency. Your progress isn’t going anywhere. You won’t be the same you were 3 months ago and that’s one of the best feelings in the world. Knowing you’ll never be the same person you were yesterday should make you feel better about yourself. You grow every second. You most definitely learn something new every day. Take the time to evolve.

Over time, your mind will quiet down, and it’ll bring peace with yourself. Acknowledge your mistakes and make them right. Build a new thought process. Get off your phone and stop scrolling through social media looking at other people’s lives and start building your own. You’ll thank yourself one day.
3. Journaling.

A way to express your feelings. You ever feel like there’s always something on your mind? Like your ALWAYS overthinking? Like you can’t escape your thoughts?

Well, start journaling! The best time to do this is in the morning. Whatever’s on your mind once you wake up, write it down. Get rid of it and put it on paper. Yes, it might still cross your mind a couple more times but at least you got it off your chest. It’s like venting to a friend about your problems. Let out all your emotions in that journal because no one is going to read it (unless you let them).
Let go of those things that get in your head. You have better things to think about rather than all the bad things in life. Or even if it’s something good, write it down!

4. Get in nature
Take some time to appreciate mother nature. Theres’s beauty and peace all around us, we just need to take a step back and notice it!
Spend time taking a walk in the park, around your neighborhood, or even at the beach. Connect with what’s already around us. Planting flowers or even just admiring them.
Get out of your room/office and let your soul experience nature!
